The Grand Hotel Puccini has been generating some buzz ever since being bought by Developer First Sponsor Group for the price of 9.3 million euros (S$14.4 million). Will this bring a new life.
This four-star hotel is located at the Corso Buenos Aries no 33, Milan. This property is now vacant and unleased, however before that this establishment had 6 floors with a total of 65 rooms available. Though it’s currently vacant and unused, this property still has its designated use as a hotel (for now).
One of the main advantages this hotel had was the location. Not only was it close to to the metro station, and bus stops it also allowed the guests to be close to Milan’s shopping areas on foot. This was one of the main factors behind the purchase.
The hotel had a unique decoration in its lobby with several art pieces of different types decorating this space. The rooms, on the other hand, had a minimalistic decoration to them, while the bathrooms appeared to be fully renovated. It had the essential comforts and conveniences for the guests who wanted to explore Milan easily.
With this recent purchase by First Sponsor Group, there may be the possibility of a new life to be given to this property. What the future will hold for this establishment, however, is something to be seen in the future.
