This is the second edition of Four Seasons Hotel Milano‘s Urban Chalet, a decorative winter designed by Artistic Director Vincenzo Dascanio in order to welcome Christmas eve to Milan.
This Urban Chalet will be available from November to the end of January and it will be a chance for those who live or spend the holiday in the city of Milan to truly enter a festive environment. It will be a place that can provide a relaxing experience after shopping through the Quadrilatero della Moda (Milan’s fashion district).
The decoration is composed by a variety of elements such as comfortable chairs, wooden furniture, tartan plaids and details that are inspired by a mountain interior design (elements that are very much allusive to Winter and Christmas eve). Visually it is a mix of warm colors, candles and cozy seats that are comfortable while you are drinking a cup of tea or a hot chocolate.
Aside from the decoration, you can enjoy a variety of teas and aperitifs: there are tea blends, hot chocolates, and pastries by pastry chef Daniele Bonzi. So if you want to relax after a whole day shopping or exploring Milan, you can stop by at the Urban Chalet from 18:00 pm onward.
The Urban Chalet opened recently on the 22 of November. If you want to feel a sample of the magic of Christmas in Milan you can stop by Four Seasons Hotel Milano. If you are lucky enough to stay in this same hotel you can also have a chance to enjoy this establishment’s historical design and even relax at this hotel’s SPA, indoor swimming pool, as well as enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant La Veranda.
