Salone del Mobile 2016 preview – Kartell new collection


Milan Design Agenda starts a round-up of top exhibitors that will be at Salone del Mobile 2016. Today we introduce you, one of the most italian furniture brands, KARTELL will exhibit at Milan Furniture Fair 2016.  This KARTELL preview that we want to show before Salone del Mobile 2016 kick-off has collections  from tables to chairs, from world best designers, Antonio Citterio, Philippe Starck and Piero Lissoni.

Sirgio, the new table philippe starck for kartell, recognizable in the stretch and rigorous in the use of transparent polycarbonate, here in an unusual neutral and orange combination.

The next Salone del Mobile (expected 12 to 17 April 2016 Milan) Kartell goes for innovation, experimenting, as it always has, on the synthetic materials thanks to a relentless technological research that integrates with the author’s design.

Some examples? Philippe Starck , the French designer histrionic signing  the SirGio table -based races and contrasting colored top, everything is made from transparent polycarbonate – as usual -. Dream ‘Air is instead the chair designed byEugeni Quittlet. “As a scarf in the wind, “which combines a basic structure very geometric ethereal seat and transparent.

Piero Lissoni proposes instead two products: on the one hand the chair feather , light in name and in fact (it weighs just 2.2 kg) thanks to an innovative polymer with carbon fiber for the first time injection molded. On the other hand the cozysofa Largo , 3-seater maxi greeted by a linear polycarbonate structure.

Instead, it uses a very different approach Multiple, table designed by Antonio Citterio with plastic frame and thin ceramic floor that depending on the pattern and color gives the object a minimal or decorative look, pop or elegant.

Multiple, the latest proposal by Antonio Citterio for KARTELL consists of a family of tables with its eclectic and versatile spirit, diverse the variation of colors and materials.
