CERSAIE 2019 is one of the most expected design events among the bathroom design lovers because it is the place where you’ll find the best bathroom design solutions to create your projects. Every year this event manages to gather more than 112,000 attendees, half of whom are international visitors from all over the world. Milan Design Agenda is back on this subject to tell you about some of the top exhibitors in this year’s edition, as well as some of the most relevant initiatives that you can’t miss!

A highlight for pop fans: for this year themed exhibition, the CERSAIE will present a series of bathrooms inspired by personalities that have stood out in their various fields (art, culture, science, music or cinema) from the classical era to the present. Angelo Dall’Aglio and Davide Vercelli, have chosen a new and highly innovative exhibition model consisting of a cross between a traditional trade fair and an art gallery. In this area, you can find references to marking names within the pop culture such as The Beatles, Coco Chanel, Piet Mondrian, Maria Callas among many more.
The renowned Karaben Group returns to Bologna for the incredible Cersaie 2019, from September 23rd to the 27th! This year, the Spanish design group composed of three famous design brands (Keraben, Metropol, and Casainfinta) promises to take you back to your childhood with their incredible stand recognized as “Once Upon A Time”. Inspired by the timeless aesthetic inspirations, Karaben Group‘s designers created three stands all of which allude to classic children’s tales, specifically “Alice in Wonderland” (Metropol), “Wizard of Oz” (Keraben) and “Peter Pan” (Casainfinita).
What would a showcase be without the presence of some relevant faces within the design Industry? In this case, we’re talking about the fact that famous designers Roberto Palomba will be present in the event in an incredible conversation with Aurelio Magistà.
Ludovica+Roberto Palomba is definitely a duo that is behind one of the greatest design teams that give Italy the fame it currently has regarding the design area as a whole. After graduating together in Architecture at the University of Rome, the pair created Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994 (based in Verona, Italy) and since then, their career has been rising with both Ludovica and Roberto being involved in their own projects.
