How marvellous this is?
The apartment has 4 terraces for a total area od 178 sqm. The towers’ terraces will be covered by more than 1.000 different species, including trees, small bushes and flowering plants, generating a landscape of hanging gardens making Bosco Verticale unique.
Residenze Porta Nuova (the developer responsabile for this project) has implemented an avant-garde system for the climate control of each single area and it has also incorporated a security system according to the latest contemporary living space criteria. The design of Bosco Verticale towers was developed by Boeri Studio (Stefano Boeri, Gianandrea Barreca and Giovanni La Varra) that, in recent years, has mainly focused on the design of buildings and open spaces in urban areas in Europe to enhance or recover. Dolce Vita Homes, collaborated with Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel and Coima Image, oversaw the creation of the common areas and interiors; while Land is the designer of the green spaces and the its gardens. A team of talented professionals who are distinguished by excellence and style of Italian architecture in making an international attraction.
Designed by Boeri Studio, Bosco Verticale is the response to a contemporary demand: the desire to be part of a Milan lifestyle, and being envolved with a natural ecosystem without sacrificing comfort, centrality and security. The towers are conceived to deliver outstanding environmental sustainability, to assure residents the highest comfort standards, to give those who live in them stunning views and to become an ever-changing landmark for Milan: since their exterior will gradually renew its colour with the passing seasons, they will be a beautiful addition to the skyline of the entire city.
Your Milan city guide now has, the perfect balance between architectural viewing and high level lifestyle. A new way of living is born in the heart of Milan, a way that combines the intensity of urban life with a profound desire for natural surroundings : Bosco Verticale.
