From months since 2014 early days, Milan Design Agenda is envolved in discovering the best shops around Milan famous luxury avenues. We walked miles in Via Montenapoleone, Via Dell’Orso, Corso Venezia…and so many others to be reported. But today, besides being a great Milan Avenue, will be more recognized for a new luxury shop. Welcome to via Dante and the new place to add in your Shopping Milan Guide.

The architectural interior design,Vincenzo De Cotis Architects, is proving his work with project after project. Milan Design Agenda is sure, that Milan will hear his name more often. After a luxury boutique at Rome, a EXCELSIOR in Milan, now is time for OVS new flaghsip store. Amplifying his Shopping culture, Vincenzo and COIN administration, decided to give to this store a concept based in the intention of creating a new code expression for OVS.

A large wall mirror with light cuts connects the three floors of the store , reflecting and amplifying all the boutique. Furniture pieces were designed as small freestanding buildings , to accept the product in a flexible manner. Light wood, glass and metal are in turn coupled to slabs of colored Plexiglas , the products to the wall are ” framed ” , almost as if they were museum installations .

The contrast between the existing buildings – including the floor cement tiles , the iron shutters , the windows on the first floor restored to their original color – and the project is to create a stimulating environment , permeated by a new freshness. This OVS boutique has a partner technology of the highest level , such as Google , and can boast cutting-edge digital applications , such as dressing rooms and virtual interactive screens from which to make purchase orders.
