A Unique Luxury Home In San Francisco is here! Located in the sunny Ocean Beach, San Francisco, Caffe Latte and Covet House‘s new luxury home, designed by Valery Zhavruk, is a veritable palette of emotions and colors based on the unmistakable contemporary modern style so that summer vibing never ends.
The typically Californian zen aura can be felt right from the entrance hall, where beige and walnut tones are the true binders of comfort and well-being. Plata Console, from the exclusive Patagonia Capsule Collection, and Zelda Single Sofa, by Essential Home, are the main statement pieces of this foyer, elegantly accompanied by Calla Table Lamp from Brabbu.
Conceived in open space format, this magnificent property delivers nature-inspired shades and materials, such as wood or marble, which cover delicate areas like the kitchen island. There, we can find Freddo Bar Chair, by Caffe Latte, in japandi style, or Galliano, a retro pendant lamp, from Delightfull.
The presence of wood is even more evident in the dining room, where Ezra Dining Table by Essential Home and Panna Dining Chair from Caffe Latte make the perfect contrast between mid-century and modern design. For a relaxing rest in the best company, nothing better than the elegant master bedroom, in which Charla Bed, by Luxxu, stands out as an exponent of comfort and sophistication, bringing with it the retro inspiration of Francis Scott Side Table from Essential Home, and the functionality of Niku Pendant Lamp, by Brabbu. For better organization and storage of space, Kafe, from Caffe Latte, is an elegant and contemporary dressing room just like Marble Small Table Lamp, a Masquespacio creation for Covet Collection. The golden tones of the master bathroom make this a majestic and singular place in the house.
