Summer is coming closer and closer, and Milan Design Agenda sincerely hopes that can turn out in great opportunities for either Milan citizens and visitors to enjoy our city and take the most of Milan Design Agenda city guides!

Take advantage of the long weekend, from May 30 to June 2, to move to Mantova, where is scheduled to Palazzo Mantova Chamber Music Festival, its second edition. Thematic routes of access, cultural and gastronomic itineraries, musical performances every day from 10 to 23, are taking place in the most beautiful places of art public, echoing the music of the great masters from Mozart to Beethoven, Brahms, Schumann…
31st June
Starting at 20:45, the Civic Wind Orchestra of Milan pays homage to the Maestro Claudio Abbado, who died January 20 at age 81. The concert, hosted in the spaces of the Center Asteria Piazza Carrara 17/1, is organized by the Council of zone 5 in collaboration with the Department of Culture. The program works by Vincenzo Bellini, Gioacchino Rossini, Giuseppe Verdi, Leonard Bernstein and Nino Rota. Free admission subject to availability of seats available.
1st June
At the XI European Day “Open Air Museum” will be able to discover the treasures of Milan Monumental Cemetery and participate in exhibitions, walks traveling, theater, reading and music. A different art concept that Milan Design Agenda adds to its Milan City guide.
The events, in free admission, will be distributed throughout the day from 9.30 to 18.30; actors will be present graduates of the Theatre Paolo Grassi School and the Academy of Dramatic Arts Nico Pepe; experts in the restoration of the Artistic Foundry Battle and the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera.
