Our new project with HOME’SOCIETY Studio is the Opulent Empire Penthouse. After making homes in Paris, Madrid, and London, it’s time to visit the Big Apple, the City of Dreams, and the one-of-a-kind New York. The opulent ‘Empire’ Penthouse, located on Billionaires Row in Midtown, provides the greatest views of Central Park and the entire city.
The ‘Empire’ Penthouse is set in a sleek, beautiful, and architectural wonder of a skyscraper that stands majestically over the city. We required a creatively built building for a uniquely constructed Penthouse, thus this one in Midtown, New York, felt like the best option, making us feel on top of the world. The luxurious ‘Empire’ Penthouse features two rooms, a bedroom and an office, as well as one full-service bathroom and one service bathroom. This apartment, owned by a wealthy entrepreneur, is brimming with natural light, high-end modern design, and breathtaking views.
We are met by a world of marble, gentle tones and textures, and natural light streaming from the open-space, communal area as soon as we approach the penthouse through one of two private elevators. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are connected at floor level but separated by the height of the ceiling. The kitchen and dining room are the same height, while the living room is double-height, giving the space energy. Central Park surrounds this open space on all sides.
The penthouse’s private space faces south, providing views of Midtown and Downtown. The main bedroom features gentle tones and textures, while the main bathroom features gold tones over marble in a sunset-inspired design. The owner may focus and work in the second bedroom, which has been renovated into a home office. The dark and golden tones on a neutral background provide the impression of being at an office without sacrificing home comforts.
Fifth Avenue, often known as Millionaire’s Row, is the most famous retail boulevard in the world. As the owner, she wants her own home’s doorway to seem as rich and elegant as this famed road. As a result, everyone entering this foyer is met with a sense of luxury that plays a key part in setting the design tone for the whole house. The combination of gold, black, and white is known for adding a sense of sophistication and modernism to a house, and this is unquestionably the best example of how to use these opulent colors in design.
Mirrors are important in home design because of their function as well as their aesthetics, and the KAAMOS Mirror fits the bill with a flat mirror and three distinct materials around it. The INFINITY Console and GALLIANO Wall Lamp complete this modern opulent entryway design, while the BLACK INK Rug adds a modern classic aspect with its pattern and colors.
The remains of an almost 2,000-year-old Egyptian temple inspired one of the finest exhibitions at the Metropolitan Art Museum. The Roman Emperor Ceasar Augustus commissioned the Temple of Dendur in honor of Isis and Osiris, as well as two Nubian sons, Pediese and Pihor. All of the temple’s awe-inspiring characteristics are reflected in this opulent, open-plan living room.
This living room, like the temple, safeguards social connections, which are considered holy. Although the focus of living room design should be on practicality and usefulness, comfort and elegance should not be overlooked. The SHINTO Centre Tables in either rectangular or square shape, the latter being utilized as a side table, provide all the comfort and practicality of these goods in this colorful living area.
A home’s dining room might be its beating heart. It’s a location where you can unwind after a long day at work and share meals with family and friends. As a result, the design is critical in making you feel at ease and providing a setting that is ideal for spending quality time. Patterns and textures can help to complete the design and give the space a distinct personality. The warm pastel and white tones of the rest of the home are maintained in this dining room, which has a big influence on our attitude. It is excellent when we want to spend time with family and friends because of the pleasant sensations it sends.
This setting exemplifies how a zen-like setting can be both pleasant and minimalist. However, every dining room design should consider furniture that is intriguing and hypnotic in its most basic form in order to achieve the proper minimalist style. Our high-powered entrepreneur hosts a few business meals as well as dinners with friends, so this dining room meets all of her needs: formal and utilitarian components are combined with comfort and modernism. For lengthy and important dinners, the SHINTO Rectangular Dining Table and the RUKAY Dining Chair give the comfortable, stylish, and sophisticated aspects.
On the West Side of Manhattan, Hell’s Kitchen, sometimes known as Clinton, is a New York City neighborhood. This neighborhood is recognized for its diverse selection of multicultural eateries, delicatessens, bodegas, pubs, and nightlife.
When building a kitchen, there are two aspects that must be considered: utility and practicability, as well as comfort and refinement. The new BOURBON Swivel Counter Stool with a swivel base adds a dynamic element to this beautiful kitchen’s design. It has an island in white marble illuminated by the elegant brass with Quartz diffusers NAICCA Pendant Lights, and the new BOURBON Swivel Counter Stool with a swivel base adds a dynamic element to this design.
The Strand was established in 1927 on Fourth Street, in the heart of ‘Book Row.’ There were 48 bookshops on Book Row, which spanned six city blocks. The owner can concentrate and work in this peaceful and balanced home office, which was inspired by this old bookstore.
Working from home has been one of the most popular trends in the last ten years, so it’s no wonder that designers are interested in creating as many of these zones as possible, especially if the environment is favorable to productive work and creativity, with few interruptions. This is the case with this home office, which features a soothing and harmonious color scheme that provides the ideal setting for concentration and attention while working. This brightly lit area includes the comfort of the SIKA Armchair for the owner and the BATAK Armchairs for the visitors of her business meetings, thanks to a floor-to-ceiling window.
The High Line is one of the city’s most popular attractions, thanks to its unusual blend of art, nature, and architecture. Soft tones and textures with conflicting aspects convey the owner’s personality in this bedroom.
This neutral palette background and floor-to-ceiling windows reflect the owner’s personality, and the design emanates peace and harmony. As befitting a sophisticated businesswoman, the bedroom features traditional colors on the black headboard, nightstand, and side table, as well as current colors on the completely upholstered COMO Armchairs and WALES Bench. Both designs are complemented by the AMIK Table Lights, which have a light brown shader and a black construction.
Inspired by the Plaza Hotel’s grandiose elegance and old-world charm, as well as its contemporary comforts. Everything in this town is absolutely dripping with gold. This attitude was carried into the main bathroom. The bathroom is our haven of self-indulgence, quiet retreat, and relaxation after a hard day. Bathrooms are sometimes overlooked in interior design; we consider them to be only a practical place where we get ready and depart.
Long candlelight baths with bubbles, on the other hand, may be quite beneficial to our mental health and relaxation. When designing our bathrooms, we must constantly keep the color pallet in mind. We must ensure that the colors we select are appropriate for both the partition and the body of the home. The house owner likes having some time for herself after a hard day at work with many meetings, claiming her time in her own little hideaway. The oval shape of the Symphony Bathtub is suitable for this – its extended design allows for a lengthy soak in maximum comfort. The Koi Rug adds even more beauty to this lovely bathroom. This bathroom glows like gold in its beautiful gold and white design, which is fully lighted by the Empire Snooker and Empire Wall.
The City Island Powder Room is a beautiful retreat to rejuvenate one’s spirit inside one’s house. The Metropolitan Washbasin in black is paired with the Lapiaz Vessel Sink in gold, and the Kilimanjaro Mirror is large enough to prevent the owner from smudging herself, with the Ike Pendant giving just enough light to ensure everything is elegant and on point.
