Miami Beach Villa is here! A fantastic double villa with a sea view is born in the center of Florida, built in a distinctive mix of modern, neoclassical, current modern, and art deco elements. We cordially invite you to visit Miami Beach villa, which the Ukrainian design firm Architecture I See You created for Caffe Latte and Covet House.
The first step is made through a glamorous and shiny entryway in which Venice Mirror, by Boca do Lobo, is the bastion of opulence and luxury, along with Bryce Faux Console, an authentic marble relic, from Brabbu. There is also an elegant seating area that gives comfort and well-being to the surrounding space, in which Ellen Armchair by Essential Home, Bryce Side Table from Brabbu, Cubic Sconces Big Wall Lamp by Boca do Lobo and Cell Rug, a Rug´Society design, are clear statement pieces, not forgetting Coltrane Suspension Lamp, from Delightfull, with a timeless and unique aesthetic. A reception area fit for a big star.
Covered by a gothic style decoration, and at the same time tropical, due to the strong presence of mother nature´s invoking elements, this is the dining room. There are no limits to ostentation, so Empire Dining Table, by Boca do Lobo, and Chandra Dining Chair stands out for their imposing and sumptuous personality, both accompanied by the sparkling Hera Suspension Lamp, designed by Boca do Lobo, and the maritime inspiration brought by Agatha Rug, from Rug’Society.
As the gravitational center of any home, the living room is the ideal reflection of Caffe Latte´s modern neutral style. Siphon Modular Sofa is the main highlight of how comfortable and spacious living in such an ambiance can be. Besides being comfy, this is an area destined for minimalism and functionality, present in superb pieces that vary between marble and wood finishes, such as Java Center Table, Demitasse Armchair, and Brutte Side Table, without forgetting the final touch of Ike Floor Lamp, from Delightfull, and Ocli Rug, designed by Rug’Society.
The club area is perhaps the most dynamic space in the house, thanks to its ability to take on several functions in one. Firstly, in the living room, where Caffe Latte has the leading role, through the elegant presence of Excelsa Modular Sofa but also the functional Harar Center and Side Tables. As excellent well-being complements, there is Essex Armchair, from Brabbu, and Philip Side Table, by Essential Home, but also an art déco inspiration, manifested by Inkage Rug, from Rug’Society. In between, it can be found the kitchen, also used as a cocktail lounge, where Moka Bar Chair, by Caffe Latte, carries with it the timelessness of wood, just like Cassis Console, a famous but subtle piece, from Brabbu, present in the small foyer.
The final action takes over the dining room, where there is a singular combo of neutral pieces, such as Bertoia Table, by Essential Home, Moka Dining Chair, from Caffe Latte, or the vintage aspect of Kravitz Chandelier, by Delightfull. This room also highlightsq the most current trends, like terrazzo, which can be seen in Oslo Rug, from Rug’Society.
With a privileged view of Miami’s famous beaches, we reach the final point of our trip, the master bedroom. A lot could be said about it, but if we had to choose just one word – avant-garde. Between the past elegance and the necessary functionality of the present, Château Bed, by Luxxu, is magnificent in all its extensions, to which different mid-century complements are grouped, such as Minelli Nightstand and Bench, Monocles Cabinet or Marco Armchair, from Essential Home, in a good dose of storage and comfort, with neutral tones. Cutty Side Table and Arabica Screen, both by Caffe Latte, represent the contemporary side of the bedroom while Coltrane Suspension Lamp from Delightfull is a guarantee of sumptuousness and versatility, unique and unrepeatable. Coral green is another big trend of the year, to which Amazon, from the botanical collection of Rug’Society, pays homage.
Able to please all fans of luxury interior design, this is a complete house in its form and function. An original idea of Serjozha Ya, the main founder of Architecture ICU studio, and driver of this true American dream. What do you think about our Miami Beach Villa?
