On display, alongside iconic designer furniture, are articles by new Italian and international brands that stand out for their adoption of artisan production techniques. Among these are the cc-tapis carpets, knotted by hand in Nepal using only natural, untreated materials, the leather and velvet clad wooden chairs with a vintage flavour proposed by the Danish company Fredericia, and Maruni’s chairs and tables, a Japanese company that specialises in furniture characterised by an elegant linear style.
