At milan design week 2015, italian designer Piero Lissoni introduced plans for his first architectural project in the USA – a seven-acre waterfront development in miami beach.developed by lionheart capital, the ‘ritz-carlton residences‘ feature gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and 36 private boat dockages for 111 condominium residences and 15 single-family villas. the two-to five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,700 to over 11,000 square feet, in a selection of 60 different floor plans, with custom-designed interiors.
